Key valves of large diameter pressure regulating device and compressor anti surge valve have passed the national new product appraisal successfully

      Recently, China Machinery Industry Federation and China General Machinery Industry Association, entrusted by the state energy administration, hosted the "appraisal meeting for key valves of large diameter natural gas pressure regulating device and new products of compressor anti surge valve" in Tianjin. The valve is the key valve of the pressure regulating device with the highest pressure and the largest diameter in China.

 
       Experts from the appraisal committee inspected the production and test sites, and the expert representatives witnessed the factory test of the product prototype. At the meeting, they listened to the witness report of the factory test and the summary report of the joint development of the west east gas transmission project, and consulted the relevant design, manufacturing, test and quality assurance documents. After discussion, the appraisal committee considered that the key valves (DN600, dn400 class900 cylinder driven safety shut-off valve, electric axial flow control valve) and dn400 12MPa cylinder driven axial flow compressor anti surge valve developed by the company have filled the domestic blank, and the main technical parameters and performance indexes have reached the advanced level of similar international products. After further improvement, it will be put into industrial operation in China Russia pipeline and other projects by using instead of testing.

       Under the leadership of the national energy administration, the localization task is jointly promoted by PetroChina and China Federation of mechanical and electrical industries. It is one of the major science and technology special projects of PetroChina - "localization of key equipment for oil and gas pipelines". It is the continuation of the first phase of "key valves DN300 and below 12MPa for pressure regulating devices" successfully accepted in March 2016. More than 1000 domestic valves in the first phase have been successfully applied in major projects such as Shaanxi Beijing fourth line and west east gas pipeline transformation. This year, the company won the bid for major pipeline projects such as the north section of China Russia east line and the Fujian Guangdong branch trunk line of West three line.
