Academic annual meeting of China Institute of instrumentation held in Jinglong in 2019

On March 29-30, the academic annual meeting of China Institute of instrumentation was solemnly held in Beijing Friendship Hotel. The theme of this annual meeting: instruments and measurement in the era of quantization and intelligence. More than 600 representatives from the academic and industrial circles from the fields of instrumentation, measurement control and cross integration attended the meeting.
The conference is sponsored by the China Instrument Society, the evaluation group of Instrument Science and technology of the academic degree committee of the State Council, the Teaching Steering Committee of instrument specialty of the Ministry of education, Tsinghua University, Tianjin University, Harbin Institute of technology, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing University of information technology, Chongqing University, Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and technology, Zhejiang University, precision testing center State Key Laboratory of technology and instrument, State Key Laboratory of industrial control technology, Shanghai Industrial Automation Instrument Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang central control technology Co., Ltd.
In his welcome speech, academician you Zheng stressed that facing the future, the intelligent demand of application scenarios, the quantization transformation of measurement and sensing, the basic research direction of instrumentation discipline, technological innovation and industrial path are all worthy of in-depth discussion. The goal of the annual conference is to expand the discipline boundaries and build an open, inclusive, interactive and harmonious exchange platform.
In 2018, the resolution on Revising the international system of units was passed at the 26th International Conference on metrology, which will give birth to new measurement principles, methods and instruments in the future.
Li tianchu, honorary president of China Institute of instrumentation, academician of Chinese Academy of engineering and researcher of Chinese Academy of metrology, introduced the concept of quantization and constancy evolution of length unit meter (m) and time unit second (s) in international system of units in the keynote report "Research on international basic unit constancy and China's response", Taking the research of China Institute of metrology as an example, this paper explains their reproduction methods and development trend.
Intelligent micro system technology is an important part of intelligent manufacturing, which is a strategic technology leading the future. It will promote human society to enter the era of intelligence. Academician you Zheng, President of China instrumentation society and vice president of Tsinghua University, delivered the keynote report of "intelligent manufacturing and intelligent micro system".
Professor Li Xiangyang, executive director of School of computer science, University of science and technology of China, made the keynote report of "Internet of things under the wave of artificial intelligence: preliminary exploration of intelligence, passivity and security issues", which introduced the latest research and development of passive sensing and passive wireless network based on RFID, as well as the security challenges of Internet of things.
In the report of "smart condition monitoring and instrumentation through advanced sensing and digital signal processing", Professor Yan Yong of the University of Kent, UK, introduced a series of intelligent industrial monitoring application methods by using general sensors, digital signal processing and related image processing technologies.
Highly sensitive sensors and actuators with high performance and high precision play a key role in intelligent manufacturing. The performance of sensors and actuators mainly depends on the performance and optimal design of functional materials. Professor Cao Wenwu of Pennsylvania State University introduced the latest progress in the field of piezoelectric materials and the possible improvement in the performance of sensing and displacement actuator devices in his report "the important role of high-end piezoelectric materials in the intelligent era".
The conference set up 11 sub forums, including aerospace exploration and instruments, chemical measurement and instruments, marine meteorological exploration, life and health and medical instruments, precision instruments and intelligent manufacturing, intelligent sensing technology, electronic measurement instruments and technology, automatic detection and control technology, industrial safety technology, young scholars and Education Forum.
The annual meeting coincided with the 40th anniversary of the founding of China Institute of instrumentation, and commemorative activities were held on the evening of the annual meeting. All the participants celebrated the birthday of the instrument family.
